This page describes how this website and its browser workspace handle information.

Recordings and speaker profiles

Meeting audio, speaker names, roles, and voice samples created in the workspace are stored locally in your browser. This website does not upload those recordings or samples to a VoxLedger server. Export your meeting record if you need a copy outside this browser. Clearing browser storage removes locally saved records.

Speech input

When available, live transcription uses your browser’s speech recognition feature. Your browser or its speech provider may process microphone audio under its own privacy terms. Audio recording can continue when live transcription is unavailable. Speaker assignments are controlled by you in the capture view.

Recording permission

The workspace asks for microphone access when you start recording. Only record after participants have agreed. You can stop recording and revoke microphone access in your browser settings.

Contacting us

The sales form prepares an email in your email application. It does not submit your details in the background. Your message is sent when you choose to send it from that application.

Website delivery

Hosting providers process the connection information needed to deliver this site, such as IP addresses and request details. Fonts may be delivered by Google Fonts. This site does not include advertising trackers.
